IS MY HRI ID CARD FREE?

When a person gets a new cardiac device implanted, they are entitled to a free ID card if they have given their consent to do so. Additionally, upgrades or box-change procedures  also qualify for an updated ID card post implant

CAN I ORDER ADDITIONAL CARDS?

Yes, a patient can order additional cards if needed at a cost of €10 per card. (click here order)

HOW LONG DOES MY ID CARD TAKE TO ARRIVE?

Generally, turn around time is be between 2-3 weeks post implant. If a patient’s ID card has not arrived within this timeframe, it is likely that we have not received a consent form from your hospital.

Please note: Some hospitals may wait until the first follow–up appointment to give you the consent form to sign

HOW DO I AMEND INCORRECT DETAILS ON MY ID CARD?

If certain details on your card are incorrect, you can change the information at no extra charge. Leave a message in the contact form below or call us on 041-6871457. You’ll need to state the ID number that is displayed on your card.

I LOST MY FOB FOR MY LOOP RECORDER, HOW DO I REPLACE IT?

Equipment associated with your device does not belong to HRI and we cannot replace them. Contact either your Implant Center or the manufacturer of your device for advice.

CAN I SIGN UP FOR PLUS MEMBERSHIP ONLINE?

Yes. HRI plus members can sign up in the pricing section for monthly or annual subscription services. Patients can also call us to avail of one-time payment.
